To: U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Judges:

Priscilla Owen - A “Pimp For Oil”

Edith Clement - A “Pimp For Oil”

Edith Jones - A “Pimp For Oil”

Re: Bayou Bridge Pipeline Litigation

You have ties to the Oil-Gas industry, & under the Judicial Code of Ethics should have recused yourselves from the Bayou Bridge Pipeline Litigation.

Also, U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge James Graves Jr.; your collaborative decision to lift the injunction issued by U.S. District Judge Shelly Dick against the Bayou Pipeline through the Atchafalaya Basin, and to agree w/ Colonel Mike Clancy of Corps “Pimps For Oil” of Engineers’ no Environmental Impact Study was required under NEPA, makes you, Judge James Graves Jr., another “Pimp For Oil”.

Pg. 2

Welcome, Judge James Graves Jr., to the “Pimps For Oil” Club. This proves all of you are NOT acting in good faith.  Your refusal to follow the rule of law, puts you in the same class as Mike Clancy. All of you are nothing more than “Pimps For Oil”.

You are NOT interested in protecting the well being of Louisiana residents; nor concerned about the devastating destruction the Fossil Fuel Industry, has and will have, on the coastal zone of Louisiana & our Louisiana Wetlands.

Priscilla Owen - A “Pimp For Oil”

Edith Clement - A “Pimp For Oil”

Edith Jones - A “Pimp For Oil”

James Graves Jr. - A “Pimp For Oil”

I find your decision, in this matter to be a disgrace to our Federal Judiciary system, a vicious attack upon our natural resources & wetlands.

I feel you should be removed from the Federal Bench.  I, as President of SOWL will attempt this.

And Thank you, U.S. Middle District Judge Shelly Dick for being a honest, outstanding Louisiana Judge, & for being an example of what it means to be a Federal Judge.  To all other Federal Judges who honor justice & are a true inspiration to America’s judiciary, I give my utmost gratitude.
